Overall had pleasant stay for business trip. Overall it was sufficiently large and huge with a king size bed. We had central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room. The staff were best and efficient and the location was excellent.

The king suite here is gorgeous, and the views are fantastic. the breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff is really friendly and knows what they're doing. 😊.

The staff was excellent, especially in the restaurant. My great thanks to a waiter call Hector. I got food poison at the hotel and spent 3 days in bed with very liitle to eat. The people at reception and the restaurant did everything possible for me and cook special plain food at no cost to me.

Yes, the quality of the room is far from a 4 start hotel. They are very basic with very little confort. It may you fill more like a 2 start hotel. The reception and restaurant are great and it deceive you because the quality of the rooms are very poor and below standard.

With Booked.net they think you pay with US$ and of you want to pay in CP$ they tray to charge tax 19% (not à very good exchange rate) Pictures from hotel looks every thing 2 times bigger! The location was amazing and beautiful—just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. everything was nice, although a few of the staff members could have been a bit friendlier. 😊.

The breakfast was extensive as expected with scrambled eggs, sausage and also crepes. Location: the property was just off after sunset and the observatory, Damas island. Easily reached Bastad & Burger, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Everything was simply really good.
